Usage
Suitable for use in Neutralization, ELISA and Western Blot. Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity (1.0 ng/ml), a concentration of 0.3-0.5 ug/ml of this antibody is required. ELISA (Direct): 0.5 ug/ml (using 100 ul/well antibody solution allows detection of antigen at 0.2-0.4 ng/well). Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml (detection limit is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions).
