- Sandwich ELISA
Usage
Useful as a detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA for quantifying mouse GM-CSF protein levels. Should be paired with purified MP1-22E9 antibody as the capture antibody, with purified recombinant mouse GM-CSF as the standard. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
