Usage
ELISA Capture: Useful as a capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA for quantifying mouse GM-CSF protein levels. Western Blot: Useful for Western blot applications. For Western blotting, a concentration of 1-5 ug/ml (in conjunction with AP-labeled Goat Anti-Rat-Ig) has been found to enable detection of 100 ng/lane of recombinant mouse GM-CSF under reducing conditions. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
