Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Chromatin Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence and Flow Cytometry. Western Blot: 1:1000. Immunoprecipitation: 1:250. Chromatin Immunoprecipitation: 1:50. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:400; Use citrate as an unmasking buffer. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:400. Immunofluorescence: 1:1600. Flow Cytometry: 1:200.
