Specificity
At least three isoforms of CRB2 are known to exist; this antibody will detect all three. CRB2 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other members of the CRB family.

Usage
CRB2 antibody can be used for detection of CRB2 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in rat samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 105, 129, and 141 kDa Observed: 103, 128 kDa
