Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Rat (at least 90% immunogen sequence identity)
Western blot (1 - 10 µg/ml), ELISA (1:10000 - 1:100000)
Specificity and Use
CPT2 / CPT1 antibody was raised against 16-aa peptide sequence mapping near the C-terminus of mouse CPT-2L (KLH coupled). Species Sequence Homology: rat: 93%; human: 86%. No significant sequence homology is seen with CPT-1 or any other protein.
Recognizes mouse CPT-2.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of control peptide/well.
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1% sodium azide, 40% glycerol.
Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C; Short term: +4°C
