  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About CPN1

P15169 NM_001308 NP_001299.1

CPN1 Antibody, ACBP Antibody, Arginine carboxypeptidase Antibody, Anaphylatoxin inactivator Antibody, Carboxypeptidase K Antibody, Kininase-1 Antibody, Lysine carboxypeptidase Antibody, Kininase I Antibody, Serum carboxypeptidase N Antibody, SCPN Antibody, Plasma carboxypeptidase B Antibody, CPN Antibody

Carboxypeptidase N (CPN)is a plasma metallo-protease that cleaves basic amino acid residues from the C terminal of peptides and proteins. The enzyme plays a central role in regulating the biologic activity of peptides such as kinins and anaphylatoxins, and is also known as kininase-1 and anaphylatoxin inactivator.

Anti-CPN1 antibody IHC of human kidney, tubules. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B6751 dilution 1:50.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot analysis on (A) human plasma, (B) HepG2, and (C) fetal liver lysates using anti-CPN1 antibody.
