Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, and inhibition of C9 binding to C5b-8. Flow Cytometry: 1:10. Western Blot: 1:10. Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin): 1:10. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Storage
For long-term storage and to avoid freeze-thaw cycles, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for up to 1 year at -20°C. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
