Target
Human CLDN1 / Claudin 1
Synonyms
CLDN1 | Claudin-1 | Claudin 1 | ILVASC | SEMP1 | CLD1
Host
Rabbit
Reactivity
Human, Rat, Dog (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Clonality
IgG Polyclonal
Conjugations
Unconjugated. Also available conjugated with APC, Biotin, FITC, HRP, PE.
Purification
Immunoaffinity purified
Modifications
Unmodified
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide derived from the C-Terminus of human Claudin-1 protein.
Epitope
C-Terminus
Specificity
Recognizes the ~22kD Claudin-1 protein, and does not cross-react with Claudin-3. Reactivity has been confirmed with human Caco-2 and canine MDCK cell lysates and rat kidney homogenates by Western Blot and immunofluorescence, and with human skin tissue by immunohistochemistry.
Applications
  • IHC
  • IHC - Paraffin (5 - 10 µg/ml)
  • Immunofluorescence (5 - 10 µg/ml)
  • Western blot (1 - 2 µg/ml)
  • ELISA (0.1 - 1 µg/ml)
