Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
Coated vesicles (clathrin) of bovine brain.
Recognizes the clathrin heavy chain from a diverse range of species. In nervous tissue it cross-reacts with another coated vesicle polypeptide of 190kD which is not present in isolated clathrin triskelions. In some epithelial cells of certain species the antibody may cross-react with a cytokeratin component. It detects coated vesicles from different organs and tissues (e. g. brain, ovary, mammary gland). Species cross-reactivity: Human, bovine, rat and amphibian.
Suitable for Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:10. Western Blot: 1:100-1:500, ECL detection. Positive control: HeLa, SV-40, and RVF-SMC cultured cell lines.
100 µl deionized water
Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C; Short term: +4°C
