Recognizes M5 Muscarinic Receptor (519-531) and the reactivity of M5 Muscarinic Receptor is 75%. Does not react to M1 Muscarinic Receptor (451-460), M1 Muscarinic Receptor, M2 Muscarinic Receptor (457-466), M2 Muscarinic Receptor, M3 Muscarinic Receptor (580-589), M3 Muscarinic Receptor, M4 Muscarinic Receptor (469-478) and M4 Muscarinic Receptor. Specific for the COOH terminal of the M5 receptor.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Immunocytochemistry: 0.1 mg/ml using PLP-fixed cultured cells known to express the receptor. Western Blot: 0.05 mg/ml using whole rat brain homogenate and cultured cells known to express the receptor.
