Specificity
Recognizes M4 Receptor (460-478) and the reactivity of M4 Receptor is 80%. Does not react to M1 Receptor, M2 Receptor, M3 Receptor and M5 Receptor. Has been found to stain specifically the M4 receptor in Western immunoblots of whole rat brain homogenates.
