Epitope
aa469-478
Specificity
Shown to be specific for the COOH terminal of the M4 receptor. Cross-reactivity: M4 Muscarinic Receptor (aa469-478): 100%, M4 Muscarinic Receptor: ~70%. No reactivity is observed with M1-M3, M5 (full receptors), M1 (aa451-460), M2 (aa457-466), M3 Muscarinic Receptor (aa580-589), M5 (aa519-531).
