Usage

WB: Detects CHK2 in lysates from Jurkat, HeLa, 3T3/A31, and A431 cells. Jurkat cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-CHK2 (0.5 ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a IgG (HRP) goat anti-mouse secondary antibody and a chemiluminescence detection system. ICC: Detects CHK2 in HeLa cells. Reported by an independent lab. IP: Detects HK2 from HeLa cells. Reported by an independent lab.
