Specificity and Use
CHEK1 / CHK1 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide corresponding to a portion of human Cell Cycle Checkpoint Kinase encoded within exons 9 and 10 (LocusLink ID 1111). Mouse and rat share 33/39 residues with the peptide used as the immunogen for this antibody.
Recognizes human Chk1 protein.
