Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Rabbit Polyclonal to Mycobacterium tuberculosis CFP10
Mycobacterium tuberculosis CFP10
Mycobacterium tuberculosis (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein A purified
Western blot (1:1000 - 1:2000)
Specificity and Use
CFP10 antibody was raised against cFP10 (Rv3874) of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
Reacts with CFP10 (LHP), a 12,3kD antigen encoded by gene Rv3874 of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The antibody recognizes CFP10 of Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv and Mycobacterium bovis; it reacts also with recombinant antigen produced in Escherichia coli. Species cross-reactivity: Reacts with Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv and Mycobacterium bovis. Also reacts with recombinant antigen produced in E. coli.
Suitable for use in Western Blot. 1:1000-1:2000.
PBS, pH 7.2, 15mM sodium azide. No stabilizing proteins added.
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze thaw cycles. Store undiluted.
