Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
CES2 / Esterase antibody was raised against nS0-derived rmCES2.
This antibody has been selected for its ability to recognize mouse CES2 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, this antibody shows approximately 30% cross-reactivity with rhCES2 and approximately 5% cross-reactivity with rmCES3 and rmCES5.
Suitable for Western Blot and ELISA.
Lyophilized from a 0.2 um sterile-filtered solution in PBS, 5% trehalose
CES2 / Esterase is a member of the carboxylesterase large family. The family members are responsible for the hydrolysis or transesterification of various xenobiotics, such as cocaine and heroin, and endogenous substrates with ester, thioester, or amide bonds. They may participate in fatty acyl and cholesterol ester metabolism, and may play a role in the blood-brain barrier system. The protein encoded by this gene is the major intestinal enzyme and functions in intestine drug clearance.
