LASS6 antibody LS-B3151 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to LASS6 (CerS6) from human. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat. Validated for ELISA, IF, IHC and WB. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.

A 13 AA synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of human LASS6. The immunogen is located within the last 50 AA of LASS6.
Specificity
At least two isoforms of LASS6 are known to exist. This antibody is predicted not to cross-react with LASS5.

Usage
LASS6 antibody can be used for detection of LASS6 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 2.5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in rat samples; Immunohistochemistry in mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot:
