Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

CDKN2D / p19 INK4d antibody was raised against bALB/C mice were injected with recombinant human p19INK4d protein.
Is specific to a human p19INK4d. The product does not show cross-reaction with the closely related CDK inhibitors, such as p15INK4b, p16INK4a and p18INK4c. The four known 15- to 19 kD INK4 proteins (p15INK4b, p16INK4a, p18INK4c and p19INK4d) bind and inhibit CDK4 and CDK6 but not other CDKs. p19INK4d is periodically expressed during cell cycle. It is maximally induced as cells enter S-phase.

About CDKN2D / p19 INK4d

P55273 NM_079421 NP_001791.1

CDKN2D Antibody, CDK inhibitor p19INK4d Antibody, INK4D Antibody, p19 Antibody, p19 INK4d Antibody, p19-INK4D Antibody

CDKN2D / p19 INK4d is a member of the INK4 family of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors. This protein has been shown to form a stable complex with CDK4 or CDK6, and prevent the activation of the CDK kinases, thus function as a cell growth regulator that controls cell cycle G1 progression. The abundance of the transcript of this gene was found to oscillate in a cell-cycle dependent manner with the lowest expression at mid G1 and a maximal expression during S phase.
