Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Inhibition and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 0.1-1 ug/ml. Western Blot: 0.5-1 ug/ml. Immunoprecipitation: 5 ug. Capable of immunoprecipitating cyclin protein associated with p34cdc2. Inhibition: Inhibits the activation of p34cdc2 kinase by cyclin proteins. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 5-10 ug/ml. Positive control: Western Blot: A431 and HeLa 3T3 cell lysates; Xenopus egg extracts.
