Specific for E-cadherin but does show some minor cross-reactivity with P-cadherin. Reacts with human E-Cadherin protein. Reactivity with other species has not been tested.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1 ug/ml. Immunoprecipitation: 2-5 ug. Immunohistochemistry (formalin-fixed., paraffin embedded sections require a Heat Induced Epitope Retrieval (HIER) step prior to staining): 2-10 ug/ml.
