  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About CDC25A

P30304 NM_001789 NP_001780.2

CDC25A Antibody, CDC25A2-CAG isoform Antibody, Cell division cycle 25A Antibody, CDC25A phosphatase Antibody, CDC25Hu1 Antibody, M-phase inducer phosphatase 1 Antibody, CDC25A2 Antibody

CDC25A, a CDC25 dual specificity protein phosphatase, has been shown to activate the cyclin-dependent kinases at different points of the cell cycle. CDC25A has been shown to affect S phase entry and possibly the initiation of mitosis. CDC25A dephosphorylates cyclin dependent kinases, including Cdk2, Cdk4, as well as non cyclin proteins such as the homeodomain transcription factor cut, the proto-oncogene Raf-1.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.

Fluorescent image of HeLa cells stained with Phospho-CDC25A(T507) Antibody. Antibody was diluted at 1:25 dilution. An Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody (green). Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor 555 conjugated with Phalloidin (red).
