Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
CD98 antibody was raised against raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line.
The antibody MEM-108 reacts with CD98, a 125 kD disulfide-linked heterodimer (80 kD glycosylated heavy chain + 45 kD non-glycosylated light chain). CD98 is expressed on T lymphocytes (upon activation) and activated NK cells; it is also present at low levels on B lymphocytes, NK cells, monocytes and platelets. HLDA VI; WS Code BP 409. HLDA VI; WS Code NL N-L017.
The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis of human blood cells using 20 ul reagent / 100 ul of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (2 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
