Specificity and Use
CD98 antibody was raised against raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line.
Reacts with CD98, a 125 kD disulfide-linked heterodimer (80 kD glycosylated heavy chain + 45 kD non-glycosylated light chain). CD98 is expressed on T lymphocytes (upon activation) and activated NK cells; it is also present at low levels on B lymphocytes, NK cells, monocytes and platelets.
Biotinylated antibody is designed for indirect immunofluorescence analysis by Flow Cytometry. Suggested working dilution is 1:200. Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product. Working concentrations should be determined by the The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
