Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone BU63] (IgG1) to Human CD86

IgG1 Monoclonal [BU63]
Specificity and Use
CD86 antibody was raised against human peripheral blood lymphocytes.
Recognises the human CD86 antigen, a cell surface protein expressed by activated Bcells and monocytes.
PBS with 0.09% sodium azide.
Store at +4C or -20C if preferred. Product should be stored undiluted. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
CD86 is a type I membrane protein that is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is expressed by antigen-presenting cells, and it is the ligand for two proteins at the cell surface of T cells, CD28 antigen and cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4. Binding of this protein with CD28 antigen is a costimulatory signal for activation of the T-cell.
