Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone 188.8.131.52] (IgG1) to Human CD81
IHC - Paraffin, Western blot, Flow Cytometry
Rabbit Polyclonal (IgG) to Human CD81
IHC - Paraffin, Western blot
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC - Paraffin (2.5 µg/ml)
Western blot (1:1000 - 1:4000)
Specificity and Use
CD81 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide
This Polyclonal antibody is directed against human CD81 protein. The product was purified from serum by protein A chromatography. Expect reactivity with human CD81. Cross-reactivity with CD81 from other sources has not been determined.
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.02% sodium azide
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze thaw cycles.
CD81 is a member of the transmembrane 4 superfamily, also known as the tetraspanin family. Most of these members are cell-surface proteins that are characterized by the presence of four hydrophobic domains. The proteins mediate signal transduction events that play a role in the regulation of cell development, activation, growth and motility. This encoded protein is a cell surface glycoprotein that is known to complex with integrins.
