Specificity
Recognizes the human CD8 cell surface antigen, a 30/32kD glycoprotein expressed by the cytotoxic/suppressor subset of T lymphocytes, and more weakly by NK cells.
Applications
- Flow Cytometry (1:1)
Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells or cells or 100 ul whole blood. Method sheets are available on request. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Storage
Store at 4°C or at -20°C. Store undiluted. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Protect from light. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
