Recombinant protein corresponding to human transferrin receptor. Species Sequence Homology: chicken, mouse, rat, Chinese hamster. Exhibits crossreactivity due to conserved amino acid sequences in the cytoplasmic tail.
Specificity
Recognizes amino acids 3-28 of the human transferrin receptor (TfR) tail. It is predicted that the antibody may exhibit cross-reactivity with other species due to conserved amino acid sequences in the cytoplasmic tail. Please note that cross-reactivity is predicted and not guaranteed.
