Normal human peripheral blood lymphocytes.
Specificity
Recognizes the human T-cell antigen CD7, also known as TP41 or CD7. CD7 is a single chain cell surface glycoprotein of 40kD, expressed by T cells, NK cells and thymocytes. CD7 is also expressed by tumor cells in some cases of acute myeloid leukaemia.

Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request.

Store at 4°C or at -20°C. Store undiluted. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
