Specificity
Recognizes rat CD68 expressed predominantly on the lysosomal membrane of myeloid cells. Weak cell surface expression also occurs. The antigen is expressed by the majority of tissue macrophages and weakly by peripheral blood granulocytes.

- Flow Cytometry
Usage
Suitable for use in Flow cytometry: Neat; 10 ul labels 10^6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
