Macrosialin is a heavily glycosylated transmembrane protein of 87-115kD, which is specifically expressed by tissue macrophages, Langerhans cells and at low levels by dendritic cells.

- Flow Cytometry
Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. Membrane permeabilization is required for this application. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
