Cell suspensions of human lymph node.
Specificity
Recognizes the 110KD integral membrane glycoprotein CD68 (Macrosialin) predominantly expressed on the intracellular lysosomes of monocytes and macrophages and to a lesser extent by dendritic cells and peripheral blood granulocytes. Elevated expression of CD68 has been demonstrated on CD34+ cells in various human malignancies, including several Acute Myeloid Leukaemia studies.

- Flow Cytometry
Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. Membrane permeabilization is required for this application. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
