Cell suspensions of human lymph node.

Recognizes the 110KD integral membrane glycoprotein CD68 (Macrosialin) predominantly expressed on the intracellular lysosomes of monocytes and macrophages and to a lesser extent by dendritic cells and peripheral blood granulocytes. Elevated expression of CD68 has been demonstrated on CD34+ cells in various human malignancies, including several Acute Myeloid Leukemia studies. Clone Ki-M7 has been reported as being suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections.

• Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
