Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Involved in the biosynthesis of L2/HNK-1 carbohydrate epitope on glycoproteins. Can also play a role in glycosaminoglycan biosynthesis. Substrates include asialo-orosomucoid (ASOR), asialo-fetuin, and asialo-neural cell adhesion molecule. Requires sphingomyelin for activity: stearoyl-sphingomyelin was the most effective, followed by palmitoyl-sphingomyelin and lignoceroyl-sphingomyelin.
Immunohistochemistry: CD57 Antibody - IHC of CD57 in mouse brain using DAB with hematoxylin counterstain. This image was taken for the base form of this product. Alternate forms, such as conjugated, azide-free, or ready-to-use, have not been tested.
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: CD57 Antibody - CD57 antibody was tested in U2OS cells with FITC (green). Nuclei and alpha-tubulin were counterstained with DAPI (blue) and Dylight 594 (red). This image was taken for the base form of this product. Alternate forms, such as conjugated, azide-free, or ready-to-use, have not been tested.
