Binds to the 45kD leucocyte surface glycoprotein specific for the CD48 antigen which is closely related to the activation antigen, Blast-1. It is useful in the detection of CD48 positive cells and may be used in studies to differentiate hematopoietic tumors, sarcomas and melanomas. Species cross-reactivity: Rhesus monkey.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry (Neat): 10 ul to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
