Specificity
Recognizes rat CD45RC, the high molecular weight form of the leukocyte common antigen. The antigen is found on B cells, approximately 50% of bone marrow cells, all CD8+ve T cells, but splits CD4+ve T cells into two populations, CD4+CD45RChigh (Th1-like) and CD4+CD45RClow (Th2-like).

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Flow cytometry: 1:100-1:200; 10 ul labels 10^6 cells in 100ul.

Storage
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid freeze-thaw cycles, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for up to 1 year at -20°C.
