Usage

Add 10 ul of antibody / 100 ul of 10^6 PBMC in PBS. Mix Wash twice with PBS and analyze or fix with 0.5% v/v of paraformaldehyde in PBS and analyze. Add 10 ul of antibody / 100 ul of Whole Blood. Mix gently and incubate for 15 minutes at room temperature 20°C. Lyse Whole Blood and analyze or fix with 0.5% v/v paraformaldehyde in PBS and analyze. See instrument manufacturers instructions for Lysed Whole Blood and Immunofluorescence analysis with a flow cytometer or microscope. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
