Specificity
Recognizes canine CD45R and was clustered at the First Canine Leucocyte Antigen Workshop (CLAW). It precipitates an antigen of 220kD from Con A Blasts,. It is expressed on subsets of leucocytes in canine blood of all out bred mongrels and beagles tested. Binds to antigen immunoprecipitated by theclone YKIX716.13.

Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1 x 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request.
