Murine leukaemia-induced pre-B tumor cells (RAW112)
Specificity
Reacts with mouse CD45R a form of the CD45 antigen expressed by B cells and lytically active subsets of NK cells and non-MHC restricted CTLs. Clone RA3-6B2 immunoprecipitates the high molecular weight form of CD45 (220kD). Reported as being suitable for plp fixed paraffin embedded tissues

Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors.

Long term: store at -20°C. Store at 4°C for up to one month. Store undiluted. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Protect from light. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
