Specificity
Recognizes the mouse CD45 cell surface antigen, a 180-220kD glycoprotein expressed by all leucocytes. Some reactivity with human tissue has been observed.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Immunohistochemistry: frozen sections. Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:200. Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1E6 cells in 100ul.
