Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Rat Monoclonal [clone YKIX716.13] (IgG2b) to Dog CD45 / LCA
Immunoprecipitation, Flow Cytometry
Dog CD45 / LCA
Dog (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG2b Monoclonal [YKIX716.13]
Protein G purified
Specificity and Use
CD45 / LCA antibody was raised against canine thymocytes.
Recognizes canine CD45 also known as leukocyte common antigen clustered as Canine CD45 in the First Canine Leukocyte Antigen Workshop (CLAW). Clone YKIX 716.13: immunoprecipitates an antigen of 180/200kD from Con-A blasts. CD45 is expressed on all leukocytes in canine peripheral blood. Reacts with CD45 on all outbred mongrels and beagles tested and may be against CD45RB isoform.

CD45 is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family. PTPs are known to be signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, mitosis, and oncogenic transformation. This PTP contains an extracellular domain, a single transmembrane segment and two tandem intracytoplasmic catalytic domains, and thus is classified as a receptor type PTP.
