Specificity and Use
CD44 antibody was raised against human CD44.
Recognizes human CD44.
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin), and Immunoprecipitation. Flow Cytometry: 1:25-1:100; 10 ul labels 10^6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:100-1:200. Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment with citrate buffer pH6.0 prior to staining of paraffin sections.

Receptor for hyaluronic acid (HA).
