The Immunohistochemistry Antibody Company
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Flow Cytometry, Functional Assay
Recognizes the human CD154 cell surface antigen, a 32kD glycoprotein also known as CD40 ligand. CD154 is expressed on activated T lymphocytes, predominantly CD4+ve cells and also on some basophils and mast cells. Clone 3H1894 has been reported to block binding of CD40 ligand to its receptor CD40.
Flow Cytometry. Functional Studies. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1E6 cells in 100ul.
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
For research use only.
CD40LG Antibody, CD154 Antibody, CD154 antigen Antibody, CD40-L Antibody, CD40 ligand Antibody, CD40L Antibody, gp39 Antibody, HIGM1 Antibody, IGM Antibody, IMD3 Antibody, T-BAM Antibody, TNFSF5 Antibody, CD40 antigen ligand Antibody, CD54 Antibody, HCD40L Antibody, T-B cell-activating molecule Antibody, T-cell antigen Gp39 Antibody, TNF-related activation protein AntibodyTNFSF5 is expressed on the surface of T cells. It regulates B cell function by engaging CD40 on the B cell surface. A defect in this gene results in inability of immunoglobulin class switch and is associated with hyper IgM syndrome.
