Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Hamster Monoclonal [clone MR1] (IgG) to Mouse CD40L
Mouse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG Monoclonal [MR1]
Flow Cytometry (0.5 µg/10E6 cells)
Specificity and Use
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis (The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used <= 0.5 ug /10e6 cells in 100 ul). Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
PBS, pH 7.2, 0.2% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide.
Store at +4°C. Do not freeze. Product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Store undiluted.
TNFSF5 is expressed on the surface of T cells. It regulates B cell function by engaging CD40 on the B cell surface. A defect in this gene results in inability of immunoglobulin class switch and is associated with hyper IgM syndrome.
