MLR generated rat T helper lymphocytes (DOMAIN 2).
Specificity
Recognizes the rat CD4 cell surface antigen, a ~55kD glycoprotein expressed by helper T cells and weakly by monocytes. Recognizes a different epitope on the CD4 molecule than the monoclonal Mouse anti Rat CD4 antibody.

Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request.
