Usage
Identification and enumeration of CD3+ cells by flow cytometry. Immunoprecipitation. In vitro depletion of CD3+ cells. In vitro activation of T cells (accessory cells must be provided). Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 1 ug/1E6 cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
