Specificity
Recognizes a 105-120kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed selectively on immature hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells, endothelial cells and some tissue fibroblasts. Reacts with the class III CD34 epitope which is resistant to neuraminidase, chymopapain and glycoprotease.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: 100 ul peripheral blood cells or 40 ul/1E6 cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
