Specificity
Specific for canine CD34, a cell surface antigen of approximately 110kD expressed by endothelial cells and hematopoietic stem cells. Clone 1H6 is reported for use in CD34+ enrichment studies (4,5).

Usage
Western Blot: LS-C44819 detects a band of approximately 110kD. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request.

Storage
Store at 4°C or at -20°C. Store undiluted. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
