  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

Recognizes a 67kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed mainly on monocytes, granulocytes (weakly), myeloid progenitors and mast cells, but not on lymphocytes, platelets, erythrocytes and hematopoietic stem cells.
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: 20 ul/1E6 cells or 100 ul peripheral blood cells.

PBS, pH 7.2, 0.05% sodium azide, 1% BSA.
Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C; Short term: +4°C

CD33 Antibody, CD33 antigen Antibody, CD33 molecule Antibody, gp67 Antibody, SIGLEC-3 Antibody, p67 Antibody, CD33 antigen (gp67) Antibody, SIGLEC3 Antibody

Putative adhesion molecule of myelomonocytic-derived cells that mediates sialic-acid dependent binding to cells. Preferentially binds to alpha-2,6-linked sialic acid. The sialic acid recognition site may be masked by cis interactions with sialic acids on the same cell surface.
