Specificity and Use
PBMC: Add 10 ul of 3-ColorTM antibody reagent/10^6 PBMC in 100 ul PBS. Mix gently and incubate for 15 minutes at 2 to 8°C. Wash twice with PBS. Add 10 ul of Exalpha Biological's pre-titered 3-ColorTM and incubate 15 minutes at 2 to 8°C. Wash twice with PBS or fix with 0.5% v/v of paraformaldehyde in PBS and analyze. WHOLE BLOOD: Add 10 ul of Exalpha Biological's 3-ColorTM antibody reagent MAB/100 ul of whole blood. Mix gently and incubate for 15 minutes at room temperature 20°C. Lyse the whole blood. Wash once with PBS and add 10 ul of Exalpha Biological's 3-ColorTM and incubate 15 minutes at 2 to 8°C. Wash twice with PBS or fix with 0.5% v/v of paraformaldehyde in PBS and analyze. See instrument manufacturers instructions for Lysed Whole Blood and Immunofluorescence analysis with a flow cytometer or microscope. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
